I would like to thank both yourself, Isabel, and Elvira for the professional manner and constant assistance you portrayed to myself in the sale of my property in Ducado Real at the end of August 2022.
Nothing was too much trouble for either of you and you both helped me immensely with the numerous situations that needed swift attention in order for the sale to go through smoothly and without a hitch. It can be a daunting task, especially for those of us who are not Spanish citizens, to navigate the Spanish legal system and understand what exactly is required.
The friendly, patient and honest manner you both bestowed on myself was much appreciated and definitely relieved me of the added stress I would have suffered without your knowledge and expertise in the buying and selling of properties in Spain.
It was an absolute pleasure to have you both working by my side and overseeing every step of the way. I am also very grateful for the continued help you are affording me at present, in helping me tie up the loose ends in Spain now that I have returned to the U.K. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends.
